The site was turned off due to building construction. When repairs were complete, there was no entry point for the cables although it had been discussed earlier and Rich thought it would be there. Encountered resistance when tried to re-install equipment and discussions are ongoing. Rutgers might receive permission to re-establish the site if an electronics enclosure is set up outside of the building.

Status switched to 'In Progress'

Need to transport an enclosure to the site, can't get a vehicle on to the island until sometime in September. Rx chassis appears fine. Tx had a faulty Front Panel board, a replacement should arrive next week. On May 26, noted an issue in loop 2 but this would not have been caused by a front panel board failure so more troubleshooting on site may be needed.

Outage cleared automatically. Radial files have caught up since initial reporting

Site down due to equipment removed while awaiting permission to re-install.
